**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Represent the company, sign legal documents on behalf of company, tender evidence, argue, before various courts & authorities.
- Maintain MIS of ongoing cases.
- Maintain case files, legal documents and prepare case summary.
- Conduct legal research on relevant Laws, regulations and precedents.
- Creating / Assisting in making contracts/agreements, MOU, privacy policies, deed and other legal documents.
- Stay updated on the most recent developments in the relevant legal areas.
- Monitor the developments in ongoing cases before various courts.
- Co-ordinate with Panel Advocate and provide support in litigation & dispute resolution matters.
- Co-ordinate with different departments, make sure that organization is in compliance with all the laws to protect against legal risks and violations.
- Respond to queries from internal departments relating to agreements or regulatory compliance matters.

**Key Skills**
- Hands-on experience in representation, standing and arguing before Courts/Tribunal, Lok Adalat etc.
- Experience in drafting agreements/contracts, deeds and other legal documents.
- Experience in Litigation and Tendering Evidence.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB)
- 3-7 Years
