**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources within PMS operations.

Generate accurate and insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing a clear overview of operational performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

**MIS Development**:
Develop, implement, and maintain robust MIS tools and databases specifically tailored to PMS operations.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, creating efficient systems for data collection and reporting.

**Performance Monitoring**:
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PMS operations.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data, proactively addressing issues and suggesting improvements.

**Process Optimization**:
Collaborate with PMS operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and improve overall operational efficiency.

**Stakeholder Communication**:
Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related inquiries and provide support in decision-making processes.

**Documentation and Analysis**:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of MIS processes, methodologies, and reports.

Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify root causes and trends, supporting data-driven decision-making.

**Ad Hoc Analysis**:
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by management, providing timely and accurate insights to aid in strategic planning and problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience of 2+ years in MIS or data analysis, preferably in the context of Portfolio Management Services operations.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex data findings clearly.

Experience in generating reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be an advantage.

Knowledge of PMS operations, financial markets, and investment instruments is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
