Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook & Instagram
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule daily posts and updates across all social media channels to maintain an active and consistent presence.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Foster positive relationships with our online community.
- Trend and Audience Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Research and identify opportunities to reach and engage with target audiences.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that social media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Content Calendar: Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar to plan and organize social media posts and campaigns.
- Branding and Visual Consistency: Ensure that all social media content reflects the company's brand identity and maintains visual consistency.

Qualification:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of various social media channels and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and an eye for design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with good time management skills.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
