Good Knowledge in Software Development Cycle

œ Basic SAP Knowledge 2-4 years.

œ Good knowledge in OS, database, network Basis Operation
- Transport order management
- Printer management (install, modification, troubleshooting etc.)
- SAP batch job management (create, modify, monitor, troubleshooting etc.)
- SAP instance management (copy, delete and etc.), coordinate with HP outsourcings
- Interface monitor and troubleshooting from basis perspective (connection and etc.)
- SAP marketplace management (account, connection etc.)
- Conduct/coordinate DRP drill with HP outsourcing
- Support internal/external audit
- Other technical support/troubleshooting for SAP basis related topics (ERP, BW )
- Autonomous on SAP Upgrade activities.
- Autonomous on System migration activities.
- Team management and autonomy in decision making wrt to technical topics is mandatory.

Authorization Management
- SAP user creation/modification
- SAP user lock/unlock
- User role assignment
- Segregation of duty audit(LSF)

SAP project support

Other
- Monthly dashboard reporting
- Vendor (infrastructure outsourcing) communication and support SAP infrastructure related

activities
