Receptionist/administrator (Female)

* Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
- Manage and coordinate scheduling, including meeting rooms and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and update contact lists and records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
