As an apprenticeship trainee CO2 welder, your job description would typically include the following:
1. Learning and understanding the various types of welding processes, including CO2 welding, and safety procedures related to welding.

2. Assisting experienced welders in carrying out welding projects, such as cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts.

3. Operating and maintaining welding equipment, including gas cylinders, welding torches, and welding machines.

4. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and procedures.

5. Measuring and cutting metal components to the required size and shape using various hand and power tools.

6. Ensuring that all welding work meets industry standards and quality control requirements.

7. Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring that protective clothing and equipment are worn at all times.

8. Keeping accurate records of welding work completed, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered.

9. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

10. Following the instructions of experienced welders and supervisors to complete projects within the specified deadlines.
