A welder is a skilled professional who is responsible for joining and fabricating metal components together using various welding techniques. They work in a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, construction, oil and gas, automotive, and shipbuilding. The main duties and responsibilities of a welder include:
1. Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of metal components.

2. Preparing workpieces by cleaning, cutting, and shaping them using tools such as grinders, saws, and shears.

3. Selecting and setting up welding equipment and tools based on the type of metal being used and the desired welding technique.

4. Performing welding operations using techniques such as MIG welding, TIG welding, arc welding, and spot welding.

5. Inspecting welds for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

6. Conducting repairs on existing metal structures or components that have been damaged or worn out.

7. Operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition.

8. Adhering to safety precautions and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.

9. Collaborating with other team members, such as engineers, fabricators, and inspectors, to ensure project requirements are met.

10. Maintaining accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
