We are looking for a pleasant **Front Desk Receptionist **to undertake all receptionist task at our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors/Patients will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- greeting clients/Patients and setting a positive office atmosphere
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions.
- Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect
- To ensure patient satisfaction solve queries and guide them properly.
- To ensure patient don't wait much time in OPD.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- To represent the Center positively and effectively handle any issues without damaging the center reputation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
