**Position Overview**: As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Galaxy of Homes, you will play a key role in developing bar-raising creative assets that support and reinforce our brand vision and business objectives. From designing captivating visuals for social media, websites, print, and events to leading multimedia development, this role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills across various mediums.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Asset Development**:Generate high-impact creative assets that align with our brand vision and business objectives, spanning various channels such as social media, websites, print, event material, and internal documentation.

**Multimedia Development**:Take the lead in multimedia development, including the creation of impactful videos, photography shoots, and the sourcing of compelling imagery.

**Brand Compliance**:Ensure all company documentation adheres to the highest standards and follows brand guidelines meticulously.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate on creative briefs with internal colleagues, external agencies, and freelancers to deliver innovative and cohesive solutions.

**Creative Standards**:Uphold a standard of creativity without perfectionism, understanding the trade-offs of fast-paced work while consistently delivering high-caliber output.

**Independent Project Management**:Drive projects independently, making informed judgments based on your understanding of the brand and business goals. Seek feedback, brainstorm cross-functionally, and leverage expertise from various teams.

**Scheduling and Posting**:Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to content calendars.

**Audience Engagement**:Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Assist in tracking social media metrics and prepare basic analytical reports to evaluate the performance of campaigns and content.

**Trend Monitoring**:Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest new ideas for content and engagement.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in graphic design, video editing, illustration, or a related field.

**Proven Design Experience**:
Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated design experience, either in-house or within an agency setting.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

In-depth knowledge of content creation tools, content marketing and social media platforms.

**Illustration Skills**:Excellent illustration skills with a passion for design and meticulous attention to detail.

**Creative Thinking**:Highly creative thinker capable of translating complex narratives into visually compelling and easy-to-follow visuals.

**Collaborative Skills**:Proven ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

**Professional Services Environment**:Experience in creative design, ideally within a professional services environment.

**Leadership and Deadline Management**:
Ability to lead design solutions effectively, translating verbal ideas into cohesive and impactful visuals.

Comfortable working in a demanding global environment with multiple deadlines.

**Design Trends**:Stay up-to-date on current and latest design trends.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English content writing with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,00,000 per year

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
