**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Daily Review of medical documents of all medical campaigns -organic and ad with feedback to compliance team.
- Daily review of estimates of medical campaigns
- Authentication of doctor credentials as and when required.
- Validation of medical bills submitted for withdrawal
- Coordination with hospital poc/treating doctor to verify/validate in case of any deviation from standard norms and ensure documentation of the same
- Review policies and sops with regards to processing of medical crowdfunding cases
**Qualification**:
- BAMS/BHMS qualified
- 2 years of work experience in insurance companies in claim processing/hospitals operations.
