**Job Title**: CNC Operator

**Location**:Pune

**Reports to**: Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading materials and tooling.
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts and components with precision and accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and quality standards.
- Perform in-process inspections and measurements to maintain quality throughout the production process.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with machine operation or product quality.
- **Tooling and Maintenance**:

- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for each job.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating CNC machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Offered CTC**: Commensurate with experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
