The shop assistant will play a pivotal role in providing an excellent shopping experience to customers by assisting them in selecting ethnic wear, managing inventory displays, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, a flair for fashion, and a proactive approach to sales.

**Key Responsibilities:Customer Assistance**:

- Greet customers warmly upon entry.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.
- Provide style suggestions, including pairing options with accessories like dupattas, jewelry, or footwear.
- Answer customer queries regarding fabric, design, size, and care instructions.

**Sales and Upselling**:

- Promote current offers and discounts to encourage sales.
- Upsell complementary items (e.g., stoles, clutches) and cross-sell higher-value products.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

**Inventory and Display Management**:

- Organize the shop floor to ensure all items are neatly displayed and accessible.
- Replenish sold-out items promptly from the stockroom.
- Arrange the display to highlight seasonal collections or promotions.
- Regularly check and report damaged or defective items to the store manager.

**Billing and Cash Handling**:

- Operate the billing system accurately for purchases.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely.
- Issue invoices and ensure accurate recording of sales transactions.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a database of loyal customers and notify them about new arrivals or exclusive offers.
- Collect feedback and address complaints professionally.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times.
- Monitor fitting rooms and assist customers when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for billing and inventory counting.
- Attention to detail and an eye for fashion.
- **Attributes**:

- Polite, patient, and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to learn about new collections and trends.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,111.16 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
