Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Provide knowledgeable information about computer and CCTV accessories, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and receiving products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies in the computer and CCTV industry.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support promotional activities, such as sales events and special offers, to drive customer engagement.
- Assist in other tasks as required to ensure smooth shop operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer and CCTV accessories is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
