**Sourcing Executive - Real Estate**

As a leading real estate development firm in Mumbai, we’re looking for a **motivated and results-driven Sourcing Executive** to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**

1. Build & nurture strong relationships with channel partners across Central Mumbai to drive property sales.

2. Identify & onboard new channel partners to expand sales reach and market presence.

3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote specific residential properties. This may include creating compelling listing, brochures, & online advertisements.

4. Maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects after initial meetings or property showings to address questions and gauge interest.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate sourcing or a related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with channel partner and teams
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and current market trends
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
