**Job Description - Script WriterAbout the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop compelling, original scripts that align with brand voice, objectives, and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and production teams to create scripts for video, audio, and multimedia content.
- Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and relatable narratives.
- Conduct research on topics, industry trends, and competitors to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Adapt tone, language, and style based on the platform (YouTube, Instagram, ads, corporate videos, etc.).
- Review and edit scripts to meet time, structure, and content requirements.
- Ensure scripts are optimized for storytelling, audience engagement, and call-to-action.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Script Writer, Content Writer, or in a similar role.
- Strong command of storytelling, structure, and dialogue writing.
- Ability to write for multiple formats: short-form, long-form, promotional, educational, etc.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Creativity with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches.
- Knowledge of content trends across digital and social platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience writing scripts for **digital marketing, YouTube channels, advertising agencies, or production houses**.
- Basic understanding of SEO and audience behavior on digital platforms.
