Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.

3. Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and growth.

4. Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and technological solutions to improve efficiency, security, and performance.

5. Ensure the security of information and data by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.

6. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide efficient solutions and support.

7. Monitor IT budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.

8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for the company's growth and efficiency.

9. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance, security, and efficient operations.

10. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience (1 years) in a leadership role within the IT department.

3. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and network architecture.

4. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

6. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals.

7. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

8. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

10. Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL would be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,590.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
