TEAPOD, a leading recruitment company is looking for General Manager Administration for International Schools (IB/ IGCSE) in Noida to join immediately.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Masters in Administration
- **School experience is must**:

- Minimum 5 Years of experience as Director or General Manager in Schools (IB/ IGCSE)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Leadership skills and delegation
- Problem solving and trouble shooting ability
- Team work and understanding team dynamics
- Sound concept knowledge of admin related issues
- Network with agencies and vendors
- Interpersonal communication skill
- Thinking innovatively and creativity
- Project management

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist the School Director in providing effective administrative cover for organizing various activities in the school
- Act as a single window for addressing all administrative issues with no exception. This inter-alia includes all non-academic areas of the School and Organization
- Shall ensure that all the bills for payment are checked, verified and counter signed by him and then put up before the Managing Director for approval.
- To keep close liaison with all Govt. / non Govt. organizations.
- Local community liaison with nearby villages.
- Assist the School Director in the recruitment process of non teaching Staff and keep data bank ready to ensure timely substitution.
- Keeping close liaison with the local placement agencies
- To provide all assistance to joining/ leaving staff with regard to travel/ baggage etc. as per the school guidelines. Approving and recommending such reimbursement claimed by staff members to the School Director
- Organise the Travel agents for planning the Teaching Staff/ Students travel plans. - Finalise / renew the contracts of the agencies hired for providing the infrastructure support.
- To oversee the Security, Engineering, Estate Management, Transportation and Housekeeping
- Maintaining proper records of all sorts of insurance required to maintain the school.
- Ensuring timely renewal/termination of policies
- Daily confirmation of meals consumed.
- Housekeeping - highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep is to be ensured in all areas.
- Keeping account of all consumable and non consumable items procured and ensure periodic physical check.
- Keeping inventory of the immovable assets and carry out periodical physical check.
