As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Edge Banding Operator with a passion for precision and quality in wood craftsmanship to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and adjust machine settings according to project requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high standards in the production process.
- **Material Handling**:

- Manage the loading and unloading of materials onto the edge banding machine, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Monitor and manage inventory of edge banding materials to prevent shortages.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other members of the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Communicate any deviations or issues in the production process to supervisors.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on edge banding equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
- Address and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines during all stages of the operation.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to maintain a secure working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in operating and adjusting edge banding machinery.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, aesthetically pleasing wood finishes.
- Ability to interpret design specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,299.90 - ₹30,282.82 per month
