**Position Summary**

We are looking for an exceptional graphic designer with advanced expertise in industry-standard design tools and a proven track record of creating outstanding visual content. **This is a freelance, project-based role perfect for a creative professional who thrives on variety and delivers consistent excellence.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing campaigns
- Develop brand identity materials including logos, business cards, and brand guidelines
- Design social media graphics, web banners, and digital advertisements
- Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and account managers to understand client requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
- Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback effectively

**Required Skills & Software Proficiency/Essential Design Software**
- **Adobe Photoshop** - Intermediate/Advanced level (photo manipulation, retouching, digital artwork)
- **Adobe Illustrator** - Intermediate/Advanced level (vector graphics, logo design, illustrations)
- **Canva Pro** - Expert level (template customization, brand kit management, team collaboration)

**Additional Technical Skills: (Optional)**
- Adobe InDesign (layout design for print materials)
- Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics and animations)
- Sketch or Figma (UI/UX design capabilities)
- Typography and color theory expertise
- Print production knowledge (bleed, resolution, color profiles)
- Web design principles and responsive design understanding

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
- Excellent understanding of current design trends and best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working with marketing agencies or advertising firms preferred
- Ability to work across different time zones and communicate virtually
