As a freelance designer, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to create visually engaging, brand-consistent designs across multiple platforms.

**Job Overview**:
As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality design materials, from concept to execution. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, delivering visually compelling and effective designs that meet their objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop original design concepts for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce consistent designs aligned with branding guidelines.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Provide design solutions based on client needs, offering multiple options and revisions as necessary.
- Present design concepts and final deliverables to clients for feedback and approval.
- Ensure timely communication and updates regarding project timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
- **Branding & Identity Design**:

- Develop and maintain visual identity guidelines (logos, typography, color schemes) to ensure consistency across all client touchpoints.
- Create custom logos and branding materials for new businesses or rebranding projects.
- **File Preparation & Delivery**:

- Prepare final designs for production, ensuring all files are correctly formatted, optimized, and for digital use.
- Organize design files for easy handoff, providing editable files and ensuring proper version control.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive designs and messaging.
- Respond to client and team feedback quickly, making necessary revisions to meet expectations.
- **Stay Current**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
- Research design inspiration and market trends to stay competitive and relevant in the design field.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools (Sketch, Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across digital and print media.
- Experience working with clients, receiving and implementing feedback, and delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing, effective designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, freelance environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and take initiative when required.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and revisions in a positive manner.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Own a reliable computer and necessary design software.
- A stable internet connection for communication and file sharing.
- Availability to work on a project-based depending on the client’s needs.
- Flexible work hours with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with animation, video editing, or 3D design is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 50 per week
