**Job Brief**:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Expert to join our team. You will also be responsible for conducting keyword research, analysing competition, creating ad reports. In addition, you will play a key role in building and executing strategies to enhance the brand.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Implement and monitor tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tracking and Google Analytics, to measure and analyse campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, including adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing and data analysis to identify insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers and content creators, to ensure effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conducting regular analysis of campaign performance and making adjustments to improve performance and ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ Years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other related tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
