We thrive on bold strategies, fearless experimentation, and campaigns that deliver real ROI. Now, we’re looking for a Media Buyer – Google Ads to join our full-time team at our Bangalore office.

Role Details

- Position: Media Buyer – Google Ads
- Location: Bangalore (Work From Office – No Remote / Freelancers)
- Type: Full-Time
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years (please do not apply if you have less)

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Primary focus: Scale B2B lead generation campaigns across industries.
- Secondary focus: Manage and grow D2C e-commerce campaigns.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Manage monthly budgets of ₹30–40L+ with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Build, track, and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to build high-converting funnels.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, AI tools, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (must have strong B2B track record).
- Ability to consistently drive high-quality B2B leads at scale.
- Hands-on expertise with: Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM & Conversion Tracking (Pixel/Event setups), Keyword & Audience Research
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to handle large-scale budgets and optimize across funnels.
- Bonus: Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, Google Looker Studio, MCP servers, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
