**Job Summary**:
The digital marketing specialist/manager/coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the organization's products, services, or brand. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to produce high-quality digital content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them into strategies.
- Manage the organization's social media channels and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key digital marketing partners and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategy and performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
