**Designation**: Customer Care Voice Process

**Qualification**:Graduate

**Location**: Marathahalli, Bangalore

**Salary**: 20k - 25k

**Experience : 1 year Bpo Experience is Mandatory.**

**Languages known**: English and Hindi

**Shifts**: 6 Days of working 1 Day Rotational Off.

**Immediate joiners are preferable.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1)**Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
**2)**Follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
**3)**Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
**4)**Manage large inbound calls.
**5)** Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
**6)** Take an extra mile to engage customers.
**7)**Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
**8)**Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
