**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **instructor-led classroom training (ILT)** sessions for CCNA and related networking topics.
- Prepare and deliver course materials, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through practical, real-world networking labs and scenarios.
- Support and mentor students in their learning journey, including doubt-clearing sessions.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with networking technologies and certification updates.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous course enhancement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **2+ years** of hands-on experience in networking, including routing, switching, subnetting, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of **Cisco networking technologies** and **CCNA syllabus**.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and network simulators (e.g., Packet Tracer, GNS3).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, OSPF, EIGRP, and WAN technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring in networking concepts.

**Good to Have**
- **CCNA certification** (mandatory or in progress).
- Experience with other certifications (e.g., CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
- Knowledge of network security basics and firewall concepts.
- Exposure to industry tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.
- Familiarity with classroom management and LMS tools.
