Beinex is looking for the best-in-class Project Associate for its office at Kochi in Kerala.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Assisting with resource allocation and assigning tasks to internal teams
- Scheduling meetings/discussions with the Project Manager/Stakeholders to eliminate blockers
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Support project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, schedule, or scope statement upon request

**Key Skills required**:

- Experience in project management and team coordination
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Experience in software documentation or documentation tools
- Good Team player
- Good communication skills
- At least two years of experience in project coordination, project management roles or software-related fields
