**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of all areas.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to housekeeping staff.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization meet established standards.
- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and effectively.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- **Scheduling and Time Management**:

- Develop and maintain housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor staff attendance and work performance.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate workload and special requests.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Provide training on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents involving housekeeping staff or equipment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and complaints.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Foster a positive guest experience through cleanliness and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
