Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the maintenance team during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, prioritizing urgent issues and ensuring resolution.
- Oversee the scheduling of preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance on best practices, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance operations, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to guest services.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, including work orders completed, equipment inspections, and budget expenditures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Solid problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
