**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth in the digital landscape.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and interactive features.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and mentions, and respond promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance visibility and increase website authority.
- **Digital Advertising**:

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks, to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze data using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
