Costing Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- KPI monitoring & achieving as per given targets
- **Supplier costing: - **Workout & analyse the supplier parts costing & report to management.
- Capital budgeting for project feasibility study & present information to management for decision making
- Develop customize reports in ERP for implementation and automation of various costing systems
- Quarterly review of Product and Part price to identify low profitability and loss making products
- **Consumption Analysis Report - **Monthly product wise consumption report for comparing budgeted Vs actual comparison & variance analysis.
- **Monthly Production & Rejection Analysis Report - **Preparation of monthly division wise, machine wise, product wise production & rejection report. Analysis of plant efficiency utilization.
- **Purchase Rate Difference Report - **On monthly basis tracking product wise, party wise purchase rate difference report. Identifies the rate difference communicate to purchase department & report to management. Get corresponding revision from customers.
- **Supporting Data to Cost Auditor Report - **Analysis & provide the supporting data to cost auditor as per requirement of audit purpose.
- **Other Assignment** - Taken Cycle timing of production process, Support the team to solved system relation entries issue. Various analyses for decision making for management.

Ø **MIS Reporting - Preparation and presentation of MIS report on a monthly basis, including plant wise performance review**

Ø **Budgeting & Forecasting-Preparing Monthly quarterly and Yearly budgets for all operative plants. Coordinating with various functional department heads such as Sales, Production, Store, & Maintenance, Purchases, Administration, etc. for setting up close to accurate budgets.**

Ø **Input-Output Ratio - Analytical review of all business operations to measure its efficiency & process loss and report it to Management.**

Ø **Intercompany Reconciliation: -Function Affiliates record’s their respective entries by Plant wise and to get the details of transactions.**

Ø **KRA/KPA Working: -Plant wise KRA/ KPA analytical working.**

Ø **Yield Analysis: - Done the yield & recovery calculation for plant wise separately.**

Ø **Other Costing Reports - Preparation of different reports as per management requirements.**

Ø **MAP Analysis - Analysis of MAP (Moving Avg Price) in system on day to day basis.**
- **Day to day Production & Sales Report.**
- **RM Consumption Report & Inter Company transfer analysis.**
- **BOM Analysis with checking Standard VS Actual.**
- **GL Scrutiny Analysis for business area wise.**
- **Monitoring & Controlling on Various Overheads**

**Additional Responsibility**:

- Above written key responsibility can be assigned depending upon Management requirement with other plant.

**REQUIRED COMPETENCY PROFILE**:

- Education: B.E (Production), Cost and Management Accountant(Inter)
- Experience : 6 yr to 10 yrs
- Computer Proficiency : Knowledge of ERP, SAP
- Good communication &Presentation skills, Negotiation Skills
