**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Media receipt, preparation and reconciliation.
- Perform Microbial Limit Test of Product and Water.
- Water Sampling and Chemical analysis of Water.
- Perform Environment monitoring by active and passive method.
- Calibration of instrument of Microbiology section.
- Preparation of Trend data.
- Bacterial endotoxin test by Gel Clot Method and by Nexgen-pts.
- Perform method validation of Finished products.
- Maintenance of culture and environment isolates.
- Inoculum Preparation.
- Responsible to Maintain Records and Registers as per GLP requirements.
- Perform qualification of Instruments.
- To perform labeling and arrangement of documents on their desire locations.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in API industry only.
