**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Effectively manage the team in providing resolution to customer complaints
- Follow-up with internal teams to close customer queries independently
- Processing returns and exchange
- Strong in Coordination with customers as well as with different departments for an end-to-end delivery
- Ensure a smooth and happy work environment for all team members
- Responsible for independently receiving, documenting, investigating & coordinating responses to complaints.
- Focused on enhancing customer experience & reducing repeated complaints.
- To handle queries and complaints from customers tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensure end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction
- Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to train employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clients.
- Ability to teach and train team members on various customer service strategies
- Ability to resolve any issues or conflicts
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- Ability to ensure all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
