**Position**: Digital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Udhna Darwaja, Surat

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
- Optimize website content and SEO strategies to improve ranking and online visibility.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website, including troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Oversee and manage all organic and paid digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Use IT expertise to implement automation tools and CRM systems to streamline marketing operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Required Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or a related IT field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, or relevant platforms are highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website management.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or others.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, PHP, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality or marketing tools.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize marketing performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity in developing new ideas and strategies for campaigns.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a focus on integrating IT skills into marketing strategies.
