Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
Identify and research potential leads through various channels (e.g., databases, social media, industry events).
**Qualification**:
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
Conduct initial discovery calls and gather relevant information to assess the potential fit.
**Sales Presentations and Demos**:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone or online meetings.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings.
**Pipeline Management**:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software.
Track and report on key metrics such as lead status, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
**Negotiation and Closing**:
Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional customer experience.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
