Housekeeping Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storing cleaning products and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or related field, with at least [X] years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
