Job Summary The Plant Operator will be responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining equipment in the AAC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks manufacturing plant The role involves ensuring smooth production processes maintaining product quality adhering to safety standards and minimizing downtime Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant machinery such as batching systems mixers cutting machines autoclaves and conveyors Ensure proper feeding of raw materials cement fly ash lime gypsum aluminum powder etc as per production requirements Monitor process parameters and adjust equipment to maintain desired quality and output Conduct routine checks cleaning and minor maintenance of plant equipment Record production data machine performance and downtime accurately Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs Follow SOPs Standard Operating Procedures for safe and efficient plant operations Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the plant area Ensure compliance with quality standards e g ISI certification requirements for AAC blocks Report any operational issues safety concerns or deviations in production to supervisors Qualifications Skills ITI Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant experience in AAC Blocks or construction materials industry is an advantage Knowledge of process operations industrial safety and equipment handling Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer knowledge for recording production data Work Environment Factory-based role with exposure to machinery dust heat and noise Requires wearing safety gear helmets gloves shoes masks etc Shift-based work schedule Career Path Growth With experience the Plant Operator can grow into roles such as Senior Operator Shift In-Charge Production Supervisor or Plant Engineer Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
