Prepaid Marketing Specialist

**Job Purpose**

Manage and grow prepaid revenue business for the circle by leveraging pillars of growth and grow subscriber base through effective retention strategies.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

With almost 70% of circle revenue dependency on prepaid business, the role of prepaid lead becomes critical as we look to penetrate in priority markets (Bangalore and 4G towns) and challenge competition. Key accountabilities of the roles include:

- Drive crucial revenue agenda for the circle through effective UnR techniques (drive UL% / grow PF/ drive Combo Voucher / Combo to UL conv/ drive recovery% from decay base /monitor and grow ARPU).
- Continuously monitor and dialogue with CVM BDM to maximize revenue agenda through 121 campaigns.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

Exposure to 121/ CVM process handling shall be added advantage.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

MBA from reputed institute with 5+ years of work experience
