**Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Marketing (Real Estate)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including revenue targets, market share expansion, and brand positioning.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Target Setting and Performance Management**:

- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the marketing team and monitor performance against these targets.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their individual and collective goals.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Oversee lead generation activities, including digital marketing campaigns, offline marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer journey and high conversion rates.
- **Market Intelligence and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and areas for growth.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
- **Brand Building and Promotion**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, enhance brand perception, and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Track expenses, analyze cost-effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
