**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our growing team in Hyderabad. If you have a knack for talent acquisition and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities***:

- **Source and attract talent** using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- **Collaborate with hiring managers** to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle**, including scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and closure.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications***:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **1-3 years** of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in IT, tech, or corporate hiring).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (experience with SphinxHire is a plus).
