**Summary**:
You will be part of the Customer Success & Retention Team serving the customer and ensuring repeats and referrals. The role brings in great opportunity of learning and includes winning over the dynamic challenges of working in an early stage startup. You will be directly working with the Founders paving a steep career growth.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Deliver high quality customer service via nutrition tele-advisory driving customer retention and referrals.
- Building customer relationship right from customer placing the order.
- The role involves solving customer queries, an attitude for winning the customer trust and strong knack for driving customer repeat orders & referrals establishing customer delight-led sales growth.
- Key Performance Metrics : Process Completion%, Process TATs, Customer Reviews, Customer Repeat Orders, Customer Referrals.
**Working Hours & Location**:
- 6 day a week with Tuesday off
- Sector 28, Gurgaon, Work from Office
**Qualifications & Eligibility**:
- Bachelors in Food / Nutrition
- 1yr past experience in startups/fast paced companies (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales / customer retention (preferred)
**Compensation & Other Benefits**:
- Per Month - 15-25k.
- Monthly Performance Based Incentives - 100% -5k, 120% -7k.
- Continuous trainings and 1:1s across nutrition, customer delight and self growth.
