**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversation.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- **Food and Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications.
- Assemble and serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, and pastries.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any seasonal items or specials.
- **Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) Operation**:

- Operate the POS system to process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including the counter, dining areas, and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and food products as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up or shutting down equipment.
- Support teammates during busy periods by multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Customer-focused attitude** with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment** while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Basic math skills** for handling transactions and cash register operation.
- **Team player** with a positive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks.
- Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
- **Flexible availability**, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
