**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, plan, and implement effective physiotherapy treatment programs for patients with neurological and paediatric conditions.
- Utilize Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) techniques to improve motor skills, movement, and coordination in children and adults.
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions, setting clear goals and monitoring patient progress.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and doctors to provide holistic care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise routines, safety measures, and rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment modifications.
- Evaluate and recommend assistive devices and equipment to enhance mobility and independence.
- Participate in awareness programs, community outreach, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s Degree (MPT) in Neuro/Paediatric Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment) Certification is mandatory.
- 4 to 5 years of clinical experience in neuro and paediatric physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation protocols, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in-patient documentation and reporting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in community-based rehabilitation programs.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
