Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and motivated
Physiotherapist with proven Ergonomist experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting ergonomic assessments, workplace evaluations, and providing physiotherapy-based interventions to prevent and manage musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace ergonomic assessments for corporate and industrial clients
  • Recommend adjustments and improvements to reduce physical strain and injury risk
  • Provide physiotherapy consultation and treatment when required
  • Develop ergonomic training programs for employees and management
  • Collaborate with safety officers, HR teams, and occupational health specialists
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of assessments and recommendations
  • Deliver workshops and awareness sessions on posture, lifting techniques, and injury prevention
  • Use ergonomic tools and software to analyze risk factors and propose solutions

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related field (BPT/MPT preferred)
  • Certified Ergonomist – Certification is mandatory
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in ergonomics and physiotherapy
  • Experience in corporate or industrial ergonomic assessment is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders, workplace injury prevention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel between client locations (if required)

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ergonomic assessment tools (REBA, RULA, NIOSH Lifting Equation, etc.)
  • Ability to conduct both office-based and industrial ergonomic evaluations
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, ergonomic software, report creation
