Responsibilities and Duties:

- Determine property value by adopting a suitable valuation method and taking in depth feedback from real estate agents, developers, recent sale instances, prevailing rent and real estate projects in the vicinity of the property being valued.
- Research and Analyse the property information by verifying legal documents, building plan and layout plan.
- Scrutinize land use map, government orders, gazette and acquisition notices to verify that whether the property is being listed in acquisition and demolition list or not.
- Prepare valuation report by describing physical, economical characteristics of property and property value.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
