**Job Summary**
- Inspect the Real Estate Property with view to identify and analyse the property characteristics and locality.
- Determine property value by adopting suitable valuation method and taking in depth feedback from real estate agents, developers,recent sale instances,prevailing rent and real estate projects in the vicinity of the property being valued.
- Research and Analyse the property information by verifying legal documents, building plan and layout plan.
- Scrutinize land use map,government orders gazette and acquisition notices to verify the whether the property is being listed in acquisition and demolition list or not.
- Prepare valuation report by describing physical, economical characteristics of property and property value

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience : 1 year
- Degree: civil engineering
