Ensure that the surgical safety check list is filled completely before the surgery.
- Ensure to have pre operative surgical site marking for all the surgeries including emergencies.
- Ensure that the patient is shifted to OT recovery half an hour before for planned cases.
- Ensure that immediate pre operative anaesthesia assessment is done by the anaesthetist.
- Ensure that the time out procedure is followed before the incision is made.
- Ensure that all the instruments are cleaned and sent for sterilization within the defined time frame.
- Ensure to have availability of anaesthetist for all the surgeries including emergencies.
- Ensure availability of staffs for the surgeries including emergencies. Order and maintain adequate necessary supplies in the operating room with no stock outs.
- Maintaining rescheduling of surgeries at the desired level.
- Post operative patient billing verification within 24hrs.
- Ensure the correct procedure for cleaning, sterilizing and packing instrument is followed.
- Adhere to documentation procedure: keep accurate and up to date record according to required standards.
- Working effectively with the team.
- Ensure all quality parameters like Biological indicators.
- Ensure hospital infection control practices.
- Maintaining instrumentation and equipment according to manufacturers recommendation/guideline.
- Delegation to implement the requirement of standards.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
