Conducting daily inspection and to keep a check on clean and neat washrooms & conference rooms. To ensure cleanliness of conference rooms after each meetings or sessions taken place within the office.
Updating the CMS system (TV Display) on daily basis and to update the same if there are any events or activities are going on.
Arranging gate pass for the guest. Co ordinating and arranging hospitality for visitors. Maintaining data for inward and outward courier with in the factory and to ensure it should reach to the right person. Regularly filling the dockets received for outward couriers.
Provide guidance & training to security person regarding courier service as to whom to handover the couriers & ensure signatures taken respy.
Directions and Training pantry service boys with respect to service and hygiene.
Responsible for taking care of our guest in terms of guiding them to meet the right person within office & helping them in connecting Wifi in laptop or phone.
Attending phone calls at the reception and routing them to the concern department / person.
Oversight of Housekeeping staff to maintain proper HK,
Support Admin Executive for all admin work within the corporate office.
Co-ordinating with admin team and ensure to arrange guest rooms for VIP guest. To ensure Tea/Coffee and snacks are in service in conference and board rooms.
Maintain data in excel of Gift articles expenses as when given to the guest along with details and medical expense sheet if occurred for any employees for purpose of insurance claim.
Taking care of complaints regarding Telecom Service providers, if landline and internet is down, Complaints regarding maintenance for non-functioning or replacement of parts.
Maintain roaster sheets & OT sheets for all drivers and pantry boys and stationary requirement if necessary.
Preparing PPT on Cultural Committee and messages for circulation of events, decoration of office events as and when required. Also assist cultural committee as and when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
