**Responsibilities**
- Identify and recruit speakers for events, conferences and other engagements, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and expertise.
- Coordinate with speakers to confirm availability, negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers, providing them with all necessary information and support leading up to and during events.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop event agendas, coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for speakers, including visa assistance when necessary.
- Maintain relationships with speakers and cultivate new partnerships to expand our network of experts.
- Evaluate the success of speaker engagements and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Fresher
- Deep knowledge of international affairs and familiarity with key issues and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with speakers, colleagues and external partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
- Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
