Sales Achievement: To achieve the sales targets in terms of volumes and product mix
- Plan and execute regional sales plan towards delivering target number Annual contract with customers, wherever possible.
- Analysing competitor activity and pricing to ensure competitive pricing strategy to improve market share.
Sales Realisation: To achieve the targeted sales realisation
- Benchmark pricing with competition for maximum realization
- Target volumes for higher value-added products for better overall realization
- Target growing end use segments
Market Development
- Develop plan to promote products in the market to increase our customer base in important markets of Europe
- Establish a channel partner network and work closely with them to initiate and execute development activities.
- Develop strategy to establish presence in Europe with setup of 02 warehouses in Europe
Warehouse Management in Europe
- Leveraging and managing international office in Japan to improve and establish company’s proximity to the market at par with local players
- Responsible for efficient management of the warehouse and appropriate utilization towards increasing market share in the Far East region
Cost Control
- Pursing customers for increasing payloads and optimizing packing
- Controlling DSO as per business guidelines
Receivable Management
- Credit insurance in place for all customers on open credit terms.
- Timely realization through timely documentation.
- Conversion to secured terms in select cases.
Customer Delight
- Meeting customer expectations with respect to deliveries, response and complaint settlements.
- Demand forecasting to ensure smooth supplies and maintaining OTIF
- Visiting to customers/channel partners as per our Annual Plans
Sustainability (Long term Strategic Projects)
- Collecting market information on long term projects
- Identification of customer/partners for scaling up trials
- Launching of products once commercially available in respective markets
- Launching warehouse facility for local stock and sell option
Safety
- Ensure following safety protocols defined by business and organization from time to time.

Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Science,MBA

7-10 Years
