**Job Title**: Kannada Tutor (Ed-Tech)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time ( Work from Office )

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Kannada lessons in front of a camera, ensuring clear communication and interactive teaching.
- Create video lessons tailored to the needs of school students or other target groups.
- Prepare visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations for lessons.
- Design lesson plans and structured modules aligned with the curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methods to make lessons interesting and engaging.
- Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and aligned with academic standards.
- Review and edit recorded lessons and presentations for quality improvements.
- Work closely with the content and production team to deliver high-quality educational videos.
- Coordinate with other tutors to align teaching strategies and goals.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding.
- Experience with PowerPoint or similar presentation tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Kannada, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory).

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Location : 1st floor, S.V Complex, Devarachikkanahalli Rd, Thayappa Garden, Ranka Colony, Bilekahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076.
